Megan writes novels, personal essays, and screenplays. She likes to write about women with strong opinions and big hearts. Her stories aim to be deeply intellectual, without sacrificing entertainment, aesthetics, or emotional impact. Although the Pacific Northwest will always be home, she lives in and writes about the ever-enigmatic, always-entertaining world of Washington, DC.
Megan studies English & Creative Writing at the George Washington University. Her writing has appeared in The Seattle Times and Seattle Magazine. When not obsessively writing, she can be found cheating at the crossword, reading romcoms at the beach, and living up to her childhood nickname of “The Filibuster.”
